It was a tiring week, I signed up for a course that should help me with work (and it really should after the first block of knowledge), but that also mean that I have to make the course and work and try to live.
Hmm difficult, especially as the course is 7 hours + 1 hour for commute, from Mon - Wed, then I need to squeeze as much work as possible to not to have to do it later, good thing is for 2 days I managed 1 hour before the course and four hours after. On one day I didn't, but skipping was sooo worth it - I went to see Iron Man 3!
My reaction to Iron Man 3? OMG!! Tony, you're an asshole... but I love you anyway, and Pepper should really smack you on the head in the end, but I'm kinda glad she didn't. I still ship you two.... 3D? Get that crap out of the screens, I want 2D back! Especially for such movies, where there is fast action, and everything moves around and you CANT SEEE ANYTHING in that freaking 3D, it's just a mess. So I will wait impatiently for the movie to show up on DVD and see it few times again then. In 2D.
On movies/series topic anyone seen "Graceland" pilot? I think I will give it a try...
Then on top of my three days with sleep deprivation, series deprivation, LJ got broke and I got also fanfiction deprivation. Plus I got a call for help with computers and spend one hour trying to crack what the heck that error message meant. Thanks smart people for internet it took just one hour.
Oh little bit time travel - at past Saturday I also was playing a photographer for a First Aid competition, so I also spent a lot of time during the weekend first running in sun with my camera, and then sitting by computer trying to manage at least some of the photos. I still didn't do all. Cos I still didn't finish photos from Copenhagen...
Did I write anything? You're kidding right?
Anyway end of whining, time for pictures!!!

Few Zoo pictures first starting with one of my favorites:
The Flamingos where mean, when we were walking around they were running in their space and nicely spreading wings - I could see them from far away. But as soon as we got close they just stood there doing nothing....
I still have doubts if this one is a llama or alpaca... any knowledgeable person around?
And a heron, up on top of a tree for dessert.
Oh that's not an end yet!
Flowers! Again... yes I make too many photos. No I will not stop, it's fun :P
The next two are quite similar, but those are my favorites from this shoot. I got to play my new Macro lens and as you see the result is awesome.
And for dessert a little bit drama. No more flowers :P But one of the photos from First Aid Competition.
Few words of explanation in words of my brother (who works for one of the organizations that was a sponsor of this event)

"This is only one of the simulated accidents, there were 5 others (plus 1 station for a written test, as many stations as teams), different each year. the folks watching and taking notes are refrees.
The teams are made of 5 students, the one wearing a tabard (center of the photo) is team's captain.
This year it was pretty difficult, with some multiple cases - the one pictured, with 5 injured (driver - undergoing examination on the far left, non-breathing passenger being resuscitated on the left, non-breathing baby, being resuscitated in the center, a pregnant woman - not visible, still in the car, and a skateboarder the car ran into being administered first aid on the right) wasn't the most extreme one!
I really admire these youngsters, that's a tough competition, and really difficult subject. And while the organizers go to great lengths to make everyone feel a winner, only the very best team does qualify to enter the national-level competition."

I would say it's an alpaca ... But definitely not a specialist.
